"He didnt help me at all my dad add another car to his policey and then i bought from him tgen i canceld tge police right after adding the policy and i did insurance from another company and they cahrged my dad for tow month and for your information i have cancled it 3 times and the fourth on my dad went to them and they asked him for a bill sale and when i canceld it they didnt ask me for any thing they tols you are nit gonna pay anthing and now i have to pay insurance for tow month the worth insurance company ever"

"Worst insurance agent / office I have ever dealt with. Multiple issues with requests not being processed properly, or processed at all, along with a lack of responsiveness to issues. Other customers I have spoken to have also reported the same issues and have changed agents due to these. If anyone is looking for a State Farm agent I would HIGHLY recommend avoiding this agent and her office. In response to Deanna’s response: Deanna - you may want to look at ALL of your reviews as this not your first poor review. Others have reported the same issues with your office, however they didn’t bother to write google reviews. Your response to the multiple billing issues was “We have communicated your bills to you and this is not something I can take care of for you other than what we have already done” which was incorrect. Corporate has been in touch since I had to contact the escalation department to get things sorted out and corrected due to you and your office’s lack of being able to do so. They were able to see what the issues were, where the issues were created, and fix the issues within 1-2 weeks for which you and your team had not been able to figure out in 4 months and for which you and your team did not adequately respond to my multiple requests and inquiries. A month later and I’m still waiting for your assistant’s “full rundown” he told me on August 5th he’d get back to me with. If you need me to post your and your teams responses to my issues and the lack of response to my multiple inquiries please let me know and I’m happy to do so. If you’d like to discuss this further, you know how to contact me."
