"Worst insurance agent / office I have ever dealt with. Multiple issues with requests not being processed properly, or processed at all, along with a lack of responsiveness to issues. Other customers I have spoken to have also reported the same issues and have changed agents due to these. If anyone is looking for a State Farm agent I would HIGHLY recommend avoiding this agent and her office. In response to Deanna’s response: Deanna - you may want to look at ALL of your reviews as this not your first poor review. Others have reported the same issues with your office, however they didn’t bother to write google reviews. Your response to the multiple billing issues was “We have communicated your bills to you and this is not something I can take care of for you other than what we have already done” which was incorrect. Corporate has been in touch since I had to contact the escalation department to get things sorted out and corrected due to you and your office’s lack of being able to do so. They were able to see what the issues were, where the issues were created, and fix the issues within 1-2 weeks for which you and your team had not been able to figure out in 4 months and for which you and your team did not adequately respond to my multiple requests and inquiries. A month later and I’m still waiting for your assistant’s “full rundown” he told me on August 5th he’d get back to me with. If you need me to post your and your teams responses to my issues and the lack of response to my multiple inquiries please let me know and I’m happy to do so.
